Applicant Training for Secondary School Students
Educational Partnership in Nellingen

As part of our educational partnership with the Realschule in Nellingen, we host a hands-on job application workshop every year. At various stations, the students gain valuable experience that they can then apply to their job applications. We are always delighted to welcome so many enthusiastic and curious students to Hänchen!

At these five varied stations, they were able to gain valuable experience:

1. Mock Job Interview – Realistic Training for Making a Good First Impression.
2. Wire-bending test – This test was all about manual dexterity and skill.
3. Online Applications – An Overview of the Digital Application Process.
4. Cover Letter Check – Find and Correct Errors in Your Cover Letter.
5. Assembly Exercise – Build and screw together a small house using tubes and connectors.
