From apprentice to turning professional: Lukas Hallmann has successfully completed his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic.
Lukas, when did your journey at Hänchen start – and why industrial mechanic?
„I started on September 1, 2022. I've always been interested in the profession – and after an informative, nice conversation at a trade fair for trainees with Hänchen, it was clear: I'll try that!“
Your apprenticeship at Hänchen in three words?
„Diverse and interesting.“
(Two words are sometimes enough if they hit the mark.)
Your highlight during the apprenticeship?
„Definitely the insight into all departments – and especially assembling the anniversary cylinder.“
How did the transition from apprentice to permanent employee go?
„Great. I was right in it because I do the same tasks as before as an apprentice.“
What do you do in the turning shop today?
“I work on the grinding machine. I like the varied work the most.”
And what is the team like?
„Helpful! If I have questions, I can approach anyone – everyone is happy to help.“
