History of Hänchen
From hydraulic cylinder manufacturer to system supplier

It all began in 1925 with the repair of engines: particularly precise, durable cylinders and crankshafts were in demand. The solution was to hone the surface - a process to which we are still true today.

The passion for functionally reliable, robust products is also the reason why we have been concentrating on hydraulic cylinders as our core competence since 1952.

Together with our more than 200 highly motivated and long-term employees, we are constantly developing, testing and producing innovative solutions for our customers - and we do so in our own research and production departments in Germany. Because we are at home where service life, reliability and availability are important - the best proof of this are our cylinders, which run for up to 40 years without failure.

The Hänchen success story continues smoothly. Hänchen's all-round support ranges from personal advice to the interactive HÄKo product configurator. From planning to start-up. From individual cylinders to clamping units and complete drive systems. From standard to special applications.

Where does Hänchen come from, what does Hänchen produce and what distinguishes Hänchen? The drone show on the occasion of the company's 100th anniversary summarises this in brief.
