A clamping unit for rod locking

The Ratio-Clamp® locking unit can be used horizontally or vertically. It secures round rods independently of direction using a spring in the event of energy failure and opens via hydraulic pressure directly at the same point without a return stroke of the rod.

The safety catcher is used for clamping rods in vertical applications. It locks according to a self-reinforcing principle and can be loaded either in tension or compression. It is unlocked by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure.
