Hydraulic controls must be designed in such a way that there is no danger to people or the environment. Such control functions in hydraulic systems are implemented with control blocks in which the required valves and control devices are compactly housed.

Machines or aggregates whose function is impaired by unbraked vibrations can cause serious consequential damage or cost-intensive downtimes. The hydraulic vibration dampers from Hänchen prevent the development of such vibrations.

In non-pressurised hydraulic cylinder chambers or other oil tanks, there is a risk of foreign particles entering the inside of hydraulic systems through inflowing air. These can cause major damage. This can be prevented with screw-in filters that allow the air to escape.

The multi-channel rotary union offers a solution for transferring fluids between a stationary and a rotating assembly. They are used in machines and other precise, high-speed rotating systems. The fluid is fed into rotating channels and passes through these into the rotating body. Possible applications:

• Coolant supply in tool spindles
• Supply of hydraulic cylinders on rotating portals
