Communication with Hänchen for product identification
If a spare part is needed, it is usually urgent. By stating the serial number, which is stamped on the product and type plate, we can process your request quickly. Even after 50 years!
For spare part orders:
- Provide the 7-digit serial number - see type plate.
- For older products (before 05/2010), please provide the 6-digit order or commission number.
If the data on the type plate is no longer legible:
- The serial number on the hydraulic cylinder is engraved next to the head side port.
- The serial number on the clamping unit is engraved above the releasing port (EE).
- The serial number is indicated in the order confirmation, the shipping documents and the invoice.
