Storing and cleaning sealing elements
Handling seals

Store sealing elements as follows:
Unless otherwise described

• cool, dry and dust-free
• protected from light, especially from direct sunlight
• Temperature range -10 °C to +25 °C
• relative humidity below 65%
• stress-free (without pressure, tension or other deformations)
• Do not store solvents, fuels, lubricants, chemicals, acids, disinfectants, etc. in the storage room for rubber products.

Clean sealing elements as follows:

• Use a clean cloth and lukewarm water to clean sealing elements.
• Gasoline, benzene, turpentine, etc. are unsuitable for cleaning.
  
• Allow sealing elements to air dry, not near heat sources (radiators).
