Hydraulic cylinders and clamping units
In order to have Hänchen products serviced at the manufacturer's factory, they must be returned in packaging that protects against environmental influences.

Returning Hydraulic Cylinders
- Ship hydraulic cylinder as a whole.
- Close hydraulic ports to protect against contamination and oil leakage.
- Secure the piston rod against extending.
- Ship the hydraulic cylinder in suitable packaging.
Returning a Ratio-Clamp® clamping unit
- Seal ports against contamination and oil leakage.
- Insert the transport rod from the released side into the Ratio-Clamp® clamping unit, or release the clamping unit and insert the key into the transport position.
- Ship the clamping unit in suitable packaging.
Disposal
- Dispose of packaging and replaced parts in accordance with the regulations of the country in which the Hänchen product was installed.
- Dispose of Hänchen products according to national regulations.
