For cylinders with a position transducer, remove it before disassembling the cylinder. Maintenance work on the position transducer is described in section Maintenance of product with position transducer.

A special feature of hydraulic cylinders with multi-part covers, e.g. with Servofloat® or Servoseal®: The individual cover parts are assembled and disassembled one after the other, in the same way as cylinders with a one-piece cover.
