Clamping unit Ratio-Clamp®
The clamping unit Ratio-Clamp® is used for the safe clamping of piston rods and round rods of all types from the rest position. It is used as a separate component or as an attachment on a hydraulic cylinder.
The clamping unit Ratio-Clamp® clamps in the event of controlled or uncontrolled pressure drop, even in the event of an emergency stop or power failure.
It can be used for stepless holding of loads over an unlimited period of time.
The clamping unit Ratio-Clamp® is not a brake.
The respective state - piston rod clamped (locked) or released - can be queried via inductive proximity switch. These can be selected directly in the HäKo or retrofitted.
The functional control with automatic sequence can be achieved by using a control block.
