Assembly tool and tools
To avoid damage to the sealing elements caused by unsuitable tools, Hänchen recommends using the Hänchen assembly tool.
The Hänchen assembly tool can be found as an accessory in our HÄKO product configurator.
Hook wrench according to DIN 1810 - B
- For holding the piston rod during assembly.
- Available for diameters from 12-200 mm.
Venting set with measuring coupling
- Important for smooth operation and protection against damage: Vent cylinders before first use and after each seal replacement.
- Clean and convenient venting without additional tools.
- The measuring coupling for the cylinder is available as a suitable connection for the venting set.

- For gentle insertion of the piston rod into the cover.
- For recalibrating seals made of PTFE.
