Piston sealing system

The Servoseal^® piston sealing system is suitable for low-friction and leakage-free use in test actuators.

Function
The Servoseal^® is a dynamically sealing synthetic ring. The integrated carbon back-up ring prevents excessive pressure against the seal sliding surface due to hydraulic pressure.

With small amplitudes, there is no wear and no scoring on the counterface due to insufficient lubrication, which conventional seals tend to do.
