The position transducer is integrated in the cylinder. For this purpose, the measuring rod is located in the hollow-drilled piston rod, and the electronics tube is surrounded by a protection tube.
We recommend sending hydraulic cylinders with inductive position transducers to Hänchen for disassembly. Calibration of the position transducer is required after assembly.
In hydraulic cylinders with an inductive position transducer, the immersed anchor of the position transducer is fixed in the hollow-drilled piston rod via a clamping piece and a clamping sleeve.
The Hänchen assembly tool for inductive position transducers with immersed anchor mounting can be found as tools in our product configurator HÄKO.

The version with a closed protection tube offers the possibility of mounting further accessories, such as a spherical rod eye. If available, accessories must be dismantled before dismantling the inductive position transducer.

Inside the protection tube, the position transducer is fastened with a synthetic retaining flange. The synthetic retaining flange is screwed to a mounting flange. The position transducer, synthetic retaining flange and mounting flange can be removed as a unit.
