Piston rod end on the hydraulic cylinder
Flanged rod ends are used, for example, for quick-release fastening systems to enable cylinders to be replaced quickly using split retaining rings. This is necessary in a machine if the requirements on the cylinder change, such as different stroke or force.
The piston rod flanged rod end can be defined by the recess diameter, the recess length, the recess position and the outer recess diameter.
With double-rod cylinders, the two piston rod ends can be defined independently of each other.
