The various mounting elements of round cylinders, such as spherical rod eyes, trunnions or flanges, are used for force transmission. At Hänchen, these are directly welded to the cylinder tube.
Take into account cylinder expansion due to pressure and temperature.
The hydraulic cylinder is an actuating element. It cannot and must not be a structural element. During assembly and operation, no side loads must act on the piston rods.
For cylinders in pivot mounting, ensure sufficient space between the spherical rod eye and clevis, clevis bracket, etc., for pivoting and tilting.
