Series 120 - Hänchen (15 / 12 / 20 MPa)
Hydraulic cylinder in round-head design 150 / 120 / 200 bar
The permissible pressure depends on the design and size.
From a bore of 200, hydraulic cylinders of the 120 bar series may be operated at 200 bar. The bores 25 up to and including 180 of the 120 series can be operated with a maximum of 150 bar, depending on the type of mounting.
Each hydraulic cylinder is tested at the factory:
Test pressure = 1.5 x max. working pressure.
The working pressure specified in the parts list can be used statically and dynamically for the respective mounting type without restriction. However, the required safety in your plant and the load caused by the dynamic movement must be taken into account.
