Hänchen hydraulic cylinders in the 320 series are high-quality double-rod test actuators with two equally sized working areas for highly dynamic use.
Each hydraulic cylinder is tested at the factory:
Test pressure = 1.5 x max. working pressure.
Test actuators in the 320 series are characterised by their special quality and properties:
Cylinders in the 320 series are determined by the piston rod size, to which a selectable bore can be assigned. This variable bore must be within the range between the minimum and maximum bore, and can be freely selected in millimetre increments. This achieves an optimally designed working area.
The stroke includes the emergency cushioning.

performance-optimised (force, speed, frequency, ...)
cost-optimised
The working pressure specified in the configuration overview can be used statically and dynamically for the respective mounting type without restriction. However, the safety required in your plant and the load caused by the dynamic movement must be taken into account.
