Mounting of hydraulic cylinders
The two side lugs bolted to the cylinder can be used as cylinder mounting. However, since the cylinder force is applied eccentrically to the mounting, any resulting side loads must be checked.
This is a cylinder mounting without degrees of freedom, which enables rigid installation.
Additional mounting accessories, such as flanges, can be attached to the cylinder.
The position of the side lugs on the cylinder tube can be freely selected.
The hydraulic cylinder expands due to temperature and pressure. This is taken into account by designing the front side lug as a fixed bearing and the rear side lug as a floating bearing with axial clearance.
Install the cylinder without distortion.
