Mounting of hydraulic cylinders
The two side lugs welded to the cylinder can be used as cylinder mounting. However, since the cylinder force is applied eccentrically to the mounting, any resulting side loads must be checked.
This is a cylinder mounting without degrees of freedom, which enables rigid installation.
Additional mounting accessories, such as flanges, can be attached to the cylinder.
This mounting is not available in the HäKo, but can be requested from Hänchen.
The position of the side lugs on the cylinder tube can be freely selected.
The hydraulic cylinder expands due to temperature and pressure. Therefore, this type of mounting is not possible with long strokes.
Install the cylinder without distortion.
